Maple Honey Glazed Mini Donuts

There's just something about a hot and fresh donut...

There's also something about...


It resembles a waffle maker. But it makes mini donuts!! 

So of course, my imagination ran wild when trying to decide what type of donuts to make first. I decided to keep it simple. Maple flavored donuts with a honey glaze icing. Enjoy this recipe...and someone please come and help me eat all of these donuts. 


1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup Granulated White Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
½ tablespoon Baking Powder
½ cup Milk
2 drops Vanilla
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Egg
1/8 cup Veggie Oil

Honey Glaze
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 cup butter
¼ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Evaporated Milk
2 tablespoons Honey


1.     In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
2.     Make a well in the middle of the mix and add the wet ingredients.
3.     Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.
4.     Cover with clear wrap and let sit for an hour.
5.     In a medium sized bowl, combine all of the glaze ingredients and mix well.
6.     Heat up your donut maker.
7.     Add the batter and cook for 2 minutes per batch.

8.     Once the donuts are finished, take them out and pour glaze over the donuts.
