Mango Strawberry Shake


Here's a healthy recipe!




Let me repeat that. I HAVE POSTED A NON GUT-BUSTING RECIPE!My friend Morgan inspired me to post something that won't put you to sleep after eating it. 

It's a healthy shake with a little bit of protein added in coming from a protein powder and spinach. 






Ingredients

½ cup Mango chunks – preferably fresh, but frozen is fine
½ cup Strawberries chunks - preferably fresh, but frozen is fine
3 tablespoons fresh Spinach - chopped
1 Ice Cube
½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Weigh Protein


Directions
 **if you are working with frozen fruit, be sure to thaw it out for about 30 minutes.

1.     Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2.     Pulse for about 1 minute
