There are three things in life I am pretty positive about:
**The most important thing to remember...don't reduce the freezing time! Or you'll end up with mozzarella...mush. (still good...but looks like...a bunch of nothing). If after frying, you would like for them to be a little more gooey, microwave them for about 20 seconds or so.
**Also, I only have 3 sticks in the picture because I ate the rest before I could take a picture. Whoops
