Homemade Mozzarella Sticks

There are three things in life I am pretty positive about:

1. My name is Myles.
2. I love to eat.
3. Mozzarella Sticks are DELICIOUS!

Mozzarella Sticks

10-12 Mozzarella Sticks (String Cheese)
1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 large Eggs - beaten
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Vegetable Oil for frying

1.     Combine the breadcrumbs on a plate with parsley, garlic powder, pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.
2.     Dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
3.     Repeat this step.
4.     Do this for every mozzarella stick.
5.     Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place the sticks on the foil.
6.     Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
7.     Heat about a quarter inch of oil in a frying pan.
8.     Fry the mozzarella sticks for 3 minutes per side.
9.     Put the mozzarella sticks on a paper towel to dry.

**The most important thing to remember...don't reduce the freezing time! Or you'll end up with mozzarella...mush. (still good...but looks like...a bunch of nothing). If after frying, you would like for them to be a little more gooey, microwave them for about 20 seconds or so.

**Also, I only have 3 sticks in the picture because I ate the rest before I could take a picture. Whoops
