I. LOVE. FOOD. I wake up planning lunch and go to sleep planning breakfast. The constant smile on my face usually has its origins from food.
I have not had culinary training...so by no means am I an expert in the kitchen. I grew up with a family who also enjoys cooking. I learned by watching my mom and dad.

No More Ramen!
I started this blog...for the simple fact that I love.....LOVE....food. Growing up, my parents always told me that if I love to eat, I better learn to cook. Now as a recent college grad, I can DEFINITELY see what they meant! The past 2-3 years have been classified as Death to Ramen.
I'm here to show folks that it isn't hard to make something that makes your taste buds lose control! My recipes contain ingredients that you can actually pronunce, and requires the use of cutlery that you have seen before and don't cost a fortune to purchase. Maybe you're a recent grad as well, or still in college and have just moved into a house with an ACTUAL KITCHEN. I mean... you can make an awesome grilled cheese sandwich. You can sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken and grill it. But let's kick it up a notch!
I am NOT a culinary genius...nor have I been professionally trained in the kitchen. With that being said, I have enough knowledge to make a pretty amazing meal. And I'm here to share my recipes with the world. My recipes won't help you lose weight, but you just might impress your friends and it will put a HUGE smile on your face. I don't focus on presentation...I focus on FLAVOR.
