Grilled Potato Slices

You say potato. I say... grill 'em! 

These are quick, easy, and delicious ... the opposite of taxes, in-laws, etc. This idea came from my good friend Morgan Winsor. ¡Muchas gracias!

Easy Prep

Grilled Potato Slices


2 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoons Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Potato


1.    Microwave the potato for 1 minute and then let cool.
2.    Heat grill over medium heat and lay a large piece of tin foil over the grill rack.
3.    Cut the potato into 1/8” slices.
4.    Combine the potato slices with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder, and paprika.
5.    Grill the potato slices on the tin foil for 10 minutes per side.
